As a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach I guide, educate, and support. I am not a licensed medical practitioner, registered dietician, nutritionist, or mental health provider, and as such I do not prescribe, diagnose, or treat. Through my education with Cornell University, mindbodygreen, and Epidemic Answers I have access to excellent resources which I may share. It is each individual’s personal responsibility to determine whether the information I share is pertinent and to consult with the appropriate licensed health professional prior to making any diet and/or lifestyle changes.

We will dig deep into your specific situation and craft framework for how you can move forward to bring about change in your health and wellness that is sustainable over time.
My focus is on addressing the biological and behavioral impacts of trauma such as Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, etc. Addressing these underlying issues will be transformative other aspects of your life.
